Experience: 15+ years

• Lead the delivery team and drive innovative solutions

• Expert in Java technologies

• Master coding, architectural design, and ensure reliable software delivery
• Foster agility, efficiency, and continuous learning
• Have worked on system architecture providing technical solution to meet the demands of its users
• Be confident in a client-facing role on occasions, working closely with the customer to understand their needs and specifications
• Understand comprehensively Kubernetes and Cloud hosted software (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Be able to understand the decisions behind using specific tools and explain WHY
• Possess strong experience developing with a modern Java tech stack
