Role Overview:

Perform routine planned maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, covering all areas within the contract scope, including the repair and replacement of locks across the site, such as:

  • Tambour Units
  • Personal Lockers
  • Padlock Replacements
  • Digi Pads

What you'll do:

Support site maintenance services, including pest proofing, painting, carpentry, and small plumbing works:

  • Install and dismantle PASMA/stair towers (training provided)
  • Complete all relevant paperwork satisfactorily and to standard
  • Care for and properly use maintenance equipment and tools
  • Use spares and materials cost-effectively
  • Support team members
  • Perform all duties safely, tidily, and responsibly in accordance with H&S policies
Person Specification

Who you'll be:

  • Experience in building work
  • Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
  • Relevant Health & Safety training undertaken
  • Knowledge of permit to work system
  • Knowledge of building maintenance equipment/tools (advantageous)
  • Willingness to undertake training, including SSSTS
  • Full, valid UK driving license
  • Flexible working hours, including on-call availability
  • Ability to work independently

Education/Training:

  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Master Locksmith Association Level 4 Certificate in General Locksmithing
  • Experience in building work
  • Willingness to undertake training, including SSSTS
