Joiner - Void Refurb Specialist for Social Housing (Company Van)

Radius Housing invites applications for a Joiner to work on void properties and planned maintenance across Northern Ireland. The position is Belfast-based with occasional travel and a 40-hour week.

You will perform high-quality joinery and associated building works to bring homes up to lettable standards, supporting efficient delivery of projects under FHA references. NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery is required along with proven experience in a similar role.
