As an Operation Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our packaging and labeling operations, ensuring each seed order is handled with care and precision. You'll work in a lively environment where collaboration and attention to detail are key. Reporting directly to the Unit Lead, you'll find every day brings new challenges and rewards.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Label, package, and repackage seeds with precision using both manual skills and advanced machinery
- Conduct essential quality checks to ensure product excellence and follow the four-eyes principle
- Adjust and maintain packaging and labeling machines to ensure seamless operations
- Manage the movement and preparation of seed batches using state-of-the-art processes
- Handle order picking and storage tasks with accuracy and complete all necessary documentation
- Execute operational orders (OPOs) efficiently, aligning with customer expectations and protocols
- Spot and report any deviations in processes or equipment promptly to maintain standards
- Engage actively in team meetings and planning sessions to enhance daily operations
- Flexibly support various teams and tasks, ensuring our operations never miss a beat
- Maintain a pristine and safe workspace, adhering to HSE guidelines at all times
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday - Day shift only (07:00-16:00)
