SAP VIM/S/4HANA (FI/AP) Sr. Consultant/Lead

SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Sr./Lead Consultant specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) to join our ERP S/4HANA project. Responsible for anchoring the functional and technical delivery of the AP-VIM product team through a critical multi-release roadmap and into a long-term DevOps service model.

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. A background starting in SAP ECC is highly valued.

Proven functional expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). General AP experience alone is not sufficient; deep knowledge of VIM workflows and integration is mandatory.

3-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, with a demonstrated history of at least 3 full-life cycle projects (including requirements gathering, design, and testing).

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor ecosystem.

The successful candidate is expected to remain within the team for a minimum of one year following the next major Go-Live to lead the ongoing DevOps product team and ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities:

Act as an anchor for the AP-VIM stream, guiding both functional and technical consultants to ensure high-quality delivery within a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Lead the finalization of build and testing phases for upcoming releases, while addressing stabilization requirements from previous deployment cycles.

Work directly with business stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure the solution aligns with operational needs.

Take ownership of the solution through the Go-Live phase (Target: late 2025) and lead the subsequent transition into a DevOps service delivery model.

Drive the adoption of future DevOps processes and tools, maintaining the integrity and performance of the AP-VIM product post-launch.
