SAP HCM/ Payroll Senior Consultant

Location: Germany/Munich/Hybrid

Language: German (B2 or above) and English

Skills and Responsibility:

Good Hands-on experience in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Implementation.

Strong knowledge of Schemas and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) for German Payroll and Time Management.

Comprehensive understanding of German labor laws, tax, and social security regulations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Human Capital Management solutions

Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).

Manage and troubleshoot German-specific payroll processes, including social insurance, tax regulations, and year-end clearings.

Act as the bridge between HR and IT; gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Provide Level 2/3 support for existing HCM landscapes, resolving tickets and performing regular system "health checks."

Ensure the system stays updated with the latest German legal changes (Support Packages/LCPs).

Collaborate on integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors or external third-party providers.
