SAP DM (Digital Manufacturing)/ME Sr. Consultant/Lead (German Speaker)

Skills:

12 to 15 years of experience in Manufacturing IT application design, implementation, and support with at least 2-3 years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing specializing in Industry Cloud Solutions, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing project implementations using SAP technologies.
Highly Proficient in SQL/Oracle, SAPUI5, HTML5 and JavaScript/jQuery web technologies
Should have extensive software design and development experience in MES and good understanding about integration with shop floor systems and ERP, PLM/other applications.

Key Skill set:
? Hands-on experience in implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing, MII, and ME.
? ERP, PP/QM/PM Integrations
? Shop Floor and Machine Connectivity/Integration/Automation
? Must have good knowledge of SQL with Relational Databases like MS-SQL or Oracle. Should have good experience in database performance tuning and archival methods.
? Should have good knowledge of MES's integration with ERP.
? Operating Systems Microsoft Windows, Linux.
? Excellent written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.

Responsibilities:
? Supporting SAP's Manufacturing Industry customers with SAP Implementation/Development in the areas of SAP DM, SAP MII and SAP ME.
? Support the organization in the gathering and definition of business requirements.
? Support/participation in RFI, RFP, RFQ and organizing/conducting workshops, plant walkthroughs.
? Lead the team for the Orals or presentation of a solution proposal as part of the bidding process for any RFP.
? Participate and drive effectively workshops related to Process Design, business process definitions, blue-printing, solution architecture etc. for a new program/project.
? Able to confidently interact with client senior executives and explain complex, technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
? Lead client global MES roll out programs by conducting plant walkthrough, understand As-Is processes, propose to-be manufacturing processes and KPIs based on industry best practices  along with SAP DM product fitment.
? Writing SQL, Store procedure, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Hana.
? Develop reports and web applications in SAP MII using AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5 and UI5
? Troubleshoot any issues that occur after a solution is deployed.
? Incident resolution, SR, Enhancements, building Improvements, fixing bugs on SAP DM solutions.
? High level knowledge of SAP functional modules such and SAP PP, MM, QM etc.
