SAP Concur Project Manager

Location: France/Sweden/EU/Remote (Alternate months travel to Gothenburg)

Skills:

Senior project manager with at least 8 years of proven experience from successfully leading large scale roll outs, preferable Travel & Expense solution roll-outs, where SAP Concur is a strong merit.

Hands -on experience on Agile Methodologies & Product Oriented Organization

Strong prioritization & stakeholder management skills

Well structured with proven ability to bring order in to complex environments.

Strong communication & presentation skills with proven ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way

Experience from leading projects within the HR area is a merit.

Experience from leading SaaS implementations is a merit.

The Roll-out Project Manager is responsible for:

Project & resource planning, in cooperation with Digital Product Manager & Digital Product Owner

Organize & support requirements gathering sessions

Assuring project and delivery quality throughout the whole project life cycle

Plan, prepare and organize steering committees

Defining, managing and mitigating project risks

Defining and managing project issues

Cost follow -up

Support & be part of Countries onboarding, training & change management sessions.
