What's the role?As a Jobs and Skills Officer, you will be part of Elevate 100, Lewisham's employment and wellbeing service for 16-30 year olds.
In this role, you will support the smooth delivery of the service by managing data, maintaining accurate records, coordinating project activities, and assisting with events and partnership meetings.
You will work closely with colleagues, partners and young residents to ensure Elevate 100 provides high quality, timely and impactful support.

You will be confident using ICT systems, maintaining databases and producing clear written communication such as agendas, minutes and correspondence.

You will have experience managing information securely, supporting projects and coordinating meetings or events.
Strong time management, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

LocationThe job is primarily based in Downham Health and Leisure Centre, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions- Occasional work outside normal hours will be required
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
