The firm is hiring a Commercial Property Paralegal for a full time, permanent role based in London. The position offers exposure to high quality commercial property work while supporting experienced fee earners. • Conduct client onboarding and compliance checks
• Obtain and review title documents
• Prepare sale and auction packs
• Draft replies to CPSE and SCR enquiries
• Draft landlord and tenant documentation and sale contracts
• Prepare Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
• Handle Land Registry applications and respond to requisitions
• Prepare completion statements, invoices, and accounts forms
• Assist with post completion work and file closure
• Provide support on corporate property matters where required

• Prior experience as a paralegal in commercial property (preferred)
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, reliable, and detail oriented approach
• Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and legal systems
