• Manage a full caseload of debt recovery files independently
• Handle matters from instruction to final resolution
• Prepare and issue legal documents, including winding-up petitions
• Ensure timely and cost-effective recovery strategies
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide updates and legal support
• Maintain compliance with legal procedures and regulatory frameworks
• Contribute to a solutions-driven, client-focused service delivery

• Proven experience as a Debt Recovery Paralegal
• Strong understanding of debt recovery procedures and insolvency processes
• Experience handling high-value and complex matters
• Ability to prepare and manage winding-up petitions
• Excellent organisational and case management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
