The Employment Paralegal will work within the firm's employment law team, supporting both contentious (tribunal work) and non-contentious employment matters. The role involves close coordination with solicitors and HR/legal stakeholders, handling advisory and litigation related tasks.

• Assisting with employment tribunal matters and litigation support
• Providing support on general employment law issues
• Assisting HR teams with employment related queries
• Conducting legal research and drafting documentation
• Supporting delivery of training and legal updates
• Handling administrative and case management tasks within employment law practice

• Prior experience in employment law (law firm or in house) preferred
• Strong understanding of employment law principles and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
