The selected candidate will manage their own recruitment desk, build relationships with schools and educators, and contribute to the growth of the company's education recruitment services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality teaching and support staff
• Providing excellent service to both clients and candidates
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team recruitment targets
• Mentoring and supporting junior recruitment consultants

Eligibility

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferably within the education sector)
• Demonstrated strong billing history and recruitment success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
