Job Expert/Production Manager - CADRANS - Expatriation

For one of our clients, we are looking for a position based in Thailand, their future: Production Manager / Expert in Dials (M/F) Desired profile: Technical background or solid experience in the field of dials. Very good knowledge in dial production. Strong understanding of specific processes related to dials: machining, lacquering, galvanoplastics Demonstrated ability to solve problems in an industrial environment. Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and sense of teamwork. French, English (min. B2 / C1). Advantages: An amazing experience in very good conditions. Main responsibilities: Provide your expertise throughout all stages of dial production. Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered in production. Participate in defining, developing processes for skills enhancement of internal teams, sharing best practices, and providing active support to projects and development of new products. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to make processes reliable and optimize them.
