About the role

As a Job Coordinator , you are the key link between our flex workers and our clients. You coach, guide and motivate EU flex workers in various roles, such as order pickers and production employees. You ensure a smooth onboarding, daily coordination and optimal support. Your work helps keep people engaged, motivated and performing at their best.

You are the go-to person for both client team leads and our employees, making sure questions are answered, issues are resolved, and performance remains on track.

Your responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for both clients and flex workers on the work floor
• Guide, coach and motivate flex workers during their assignments
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and coaching sessions
• Handle absenteeism, sickness reports and "no shows" in a structured way
• Take care of workforce planning and scheduling
• Visit clients and employees on-site, provide training support where needed
• Assist colleagues in daily coordination activities and employee support

This is a highly dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be on the move, building relationships and truly making an impact on people's working lives.

What we're looking for

• Professional fluency in English and Polish (Spanish or other European languages are a bonus)
• A valid driving licence
• Previous experience in coordination, HR or logistics is a plus - but attitude counts more!
• A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to step in where needed
• A hands-on mentality and team spirit
• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Resilience, energy and a good sense of humor
