JIRA Administrator - Leading Energy Company - Madrid - Up to €65K

I am looking for a Jira Administrator for a Leading Energy Company to work in their Madrid office 3 days a week.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Administrating and managing Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.

• Customizing Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet the needs of various teams.

• Implementing and maintaining Jira Service Management projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Delivering training sessions and documentation for end-users.

• Evaluate and provide consulting for apps.

• Setup and maintain integrations between Jira and other systems.

You must have:

• 2+ years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management (JSM).

• Strong understanding of Jira's customization options, including workflows, permissions, notifications, etc.

• Experience with advanced customizations in Jira, such as Automation for Jira and Scriptrunner apps.

• Proficiency in calling Jira's REST APIs.

• Nice to have - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or Python.

• Nice to have - Expereince in implementing ITSM in JSM or migrating from another ITSM system.

• Languages - English (German or Spanish - nice to have)
