Java Tech Lead | Long-term Contract | Remote (Poland)

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a Java Tech Lead to join one of our key partners on a long-term development project.

The contract is expected to start in the second half of October and is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates based in Poland.

Specific skills/experience required:

• Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOAP, and SQL
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, leading small development teams
• Hands-on development background with the ability to actively contribute to coding activities
• Experience with code reviews, mentoring developers, and technical coordination
• Understanding of application architecture and technical decision-making
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
• Candidates must be based in Poland
