The Role

We're looking for a Java Software Engineer with strong experience in data storage technologies and cloud-based systems. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling high-performance services, working within a collaborative team to deliver secure and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance systems and microservices.

• Solve technical issues and improve system reliability.

• Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support compliance and risk management through advanced tools and analytics.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' software development experience (Java essential).

• Strong background with microservices and distributed systems.

• Experience with MySQL, Hadoop, Cassandra.

• Knowledge of AWS services (RDS, Step Functions, EC2, Kinesis).

• Experience with testing frameworks and performance monitoring.

• FinTech, compliance, or payments experience (a plus).
