Java Kotlin Developer

Kotlin Java Developer / €85,000 - €110,000/ Amsterdam Hybrid

Join a newly formed product team working on a key part of a global membership platform used by millions. You'll contribute to shaping ideas, designing architecture, and defining testing and deployment strategies alongside the EM, Architect, and Tech Lead. This is a hands-on role where your input matters from Day 1.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation that's actively investing in modern technology and digital innovation. Based in Amsterdam, you'll be part of a newly formed engineering team driving the development of high-impact products used by millions worldwide.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate on POCs, MVPs & solution design
• Help onboard engineers and clarify requirements
• Lead development planning and improve deployment/testing flows

You should bring:

• Strong Kotlin or Java skills
• Experience with: GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (GKE), Postgres, Pub/Sub, Terraform
• Solid DevOps mindset and cloud experience
• Understanding of observability tools (Grafana, Context, Elasticsearch, etc.)
• Clear communicator, pragmatic, and focused on building resilient systems.
