Java Developer (Kafka)

For the office of adesso Spain, we are looking for a Backend Developer to join our international team. We seek a proactive professional who enjoys building modern, event-driven, high-performance backend applications and contributing to data architecture and test automation.

As a Backend Developer, you will spend most of your time working with:

• Java (Spring Boot is a plus)
• Kafka / Event-Driven Architecture
• SQL: Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Ideally, experience in:
• IT/Data Architecture
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Test Automation (Testautomatisierung)

This is a hybrid position, with the possibility of on-site work around once a week at the client's office in Barcelona. Occasional travel to Germany may be required, though the frequency is still to be confirmed.
