About the Company: Our Consulting client is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity with their Banking client. The working arrangement would be onsite with the client in Malaga, Spain. The role requires business level English and Spanish would also be useful! There is a high chance of extension. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Java Developer to contribute to the design, development, and support of backend and frontend software solutions. In this role, you will ensure delivery quality, regulatory compliance, and the integration of components with other systems. This includes incident analysis and resolution for production processes, maintaining service continuity and compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and develop technical components and services aligned with functional requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate developed solutions into the broader system architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in production environments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Document solutions using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ALM.
Plan, design, and execute testing to certify code quality and integration compatibility.
Ensure developments comply with corporate security and cybersecurity standards.
Coordinate with production support teams for issue resolution and system maintenance.
