We are seeking a talented Java Developer with strong Spring Framework experience to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade applications. 

Key Focus Areas:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based solutions using the Spring Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Contribute to solution design, performance tuning, and code reviews

• Proven experience as a Java Developer (Spring Boot/Spring Framework)
• Degree in IT or a business-related discipline (essential)
• Experience within financial services or public sector environments (beneficial)

• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite in London (Victoria)
• Salary: £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience
