Job Description

Java Developer/6 months/Remote/German Speaking

I am on the lookout for a German Speaking Java Developer for a consultancy client. This is an immediate start and open to candidates throughout UK & Europe.

Responsibilities

Develop components for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
Build thematic web applications for human resources management.
Design and execute suitable tests; analyze results.
Collaborate with Product Owners to plan and describe backlog items.

Requirements:

Academic degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or Engineering.
Strong experience in Java, Jakarta Enterprise, and Cloud Native development.
Proficient in JPA Hibernate, CDI, RESTful Services, and API design.
Hands-on experience with relational databases, ideally Oracle DBMS.
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
Passionate about new technologies and future growth.
Language skills: German B1+, English B2.
