About Our Client

Our client is based in the Public Sector and you will be working in as team of circa 13 and work in a wider tech team of 250 people. This role can be done mostly remote with travel to Liverpool monthly.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications to support organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse technical requirements.
• Ensure software solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve application performance issues efficiently.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain application quality.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Java applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology processes and workflows.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
