Job Title: Japanese Speaking Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator

Status: Fixed-term contract until 31/03/2026 with possibility of extension

Salary: Maximum £30,000 + Commuting Expenses Up to Zone 6

Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00-17:00

Location: London

Global IT company is looking for a Japanese-speaking Onsite IT Enablement Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Work on-site at customer premises as a secondee, as an integral part of their team.
• Support the project manager in various project stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
• Evaluate projects, conduct risk assessments, and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the expansion of current business areas.
• Establish good relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Work independently, multitask, and lead enterprise solutions projects and opportunities.
• Handle customer requests, understand their expectations, and resolve issues.
• Attend customer meetings related to projects or maintenance contracts.
• Maintain relevant customer maintenance documentation internally.
• Visit customer premises with third-party vendors as required for projects or maintenance work.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native Japanese language skills.
• Knowledge of ICT solutions, including infrastructure and security technologies.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Flexible approach and ability to work outside normal hours when required. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
