New Leaf Searchhas partnered with a specialist finance provider to recruit a highly drivenBusiness Development Directorwith a strong background inVendor and Direct Saleswithin thetransportation, construction,andmanufacturingsectors.

This is aplayer/managerposition, ideal for someone comfortable working autonomously with theambition to build and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth by originatingvendor/dealer and direct customer business, primarily in transportation.

• Expand reach into construction and manufacturing verticals.

• Identify, build and managevendor andmanufacturer relationships.

• Engage directly withend-user customers.

• Collaborate closely with theHead of Vendorto design and deliver an ambitious growth strategy.

Key Requirements:

• A strong track record inAsset Finance Sales, gained through both vendor and direct channels.

• Experience managing vendor and manufacturer partnerships.

• In-depthknowledge of the UK financial services market, specifically within asset finance and leasing.

• Ability to operateremotely and independently, with leadership aspirations.
