iTrent HR Systems & Reporting Lead - Hybrid Leeds

WEA, the UK's largest voluntary sector provider of adult education, is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting Specialist to own the iTrent HR system and unlock its full potential, a year after go-live.

You will extend employee and manager self-service, introduce automation to reduce manual HR administration, and build a trusted reporting function covering statutory returns, DfE reporting and a monthly people dashboard to support data-led decisions.
