• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + bonus + excellent benefits

The Company

Our client is a leading international leisure brand, with products recognised and loved across the globe. With strong growth across Europe, they are expanding their team and seeking a talented Italian speaking Customer Operations Executive to play a key role in their success.

The Role

As the Spanish or Italian speaking Customer Service Executive, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of business accounts and brands, acting as the main point of contact for Italian speaking customers. You'll ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process while building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for business customers
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts
• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle - from placement to fulfilment
• Organise and track orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
• Coordinate stock allocation, logistics, and distribution centre requirements
• Provide regular updates to customers, resolving issues proactively
• Process order changes, cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and value-added services

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Italian is essential
• Previous experience in B2B customer service or order management (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills - SAP experience is a big plus
• A full UK valid visa - must already have the right to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

£28,000 - £30,000 basic + discretionary bonus
