Location: Central London (Hybrid: In-office with some remote flexibility)
Start Date: Early September, training starting in July
Part-Time: Approx. 6-9 hours/week

Are you fluent in Italian and looking for a flexible, part-time role in a creative and international environment? We're working with a unique client in the entertainment sector who is seeking a part-time Italian speaking Administrative Assistant to support their licensing operations for amateur theatre productions in Italy. No prior experience in licensing is required - full training will be provided. Ideal for someone with strong admin skills, a passion for culture, and a proactive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting simple licence agreements for amateur theatre companies across Italy.
• Managing day-to-day email and phone communication with Italian clients.
• Tracking and maintaining accurate records of ongoing licensing requests.
• Supporting the team remotely and occasionally on-site from the Green Park office.

Profile:

• Fluent Italian speaking and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in administration or office support roles.
• Proficiency using MacOS and standard office applications.
• A reliable, independent, and mature working style- able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
