Job Overview

As an IT for IT Specialist you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to streamline IT for IT processes, predominantly on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves ensuring that the IT team has the tools, systems, and processes needed to operate efficiently and effectively.

This activity requires knowledge on the following topics:

• ITIL standards

• Application architectures and deployment methods

• Operating System and main software: actions on basic components of application environment

• ServiceNow ITSM implementation and practices

The IT for IT specialist has a knowledge of market best practices



Key responsibilities :

  1. ServiceNow ITSM features Expertise:
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to define and implement end-to-end processes.
  • Design and build solutions that reduce friction, energy, and cost in security service delivery.
  • Leverage out of the box and low code/no code approaches before resorting to customization, leveraging the full value of the platform.
  • Translate requirements into real product increments.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Analyze existing processes and identify improvements points.
  • Train and support other team members on critical IT processes.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work within a cross-functional team to specify, design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Share knowledge with peers in GTO in order to evangelize transformation in the organization.
  1. Support:
  • Support developed solutions as well as some legacy processes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology preferred.
  • Professional level proficiency in English language is preferable
