IT Trainer

My client is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join their friendly, client-focused IT team. In this role, you'll deliver effective IT training across the business including inductions, refresher sessions, and support for system rollouts to ensure staff are confident and capable in their use of technology. This role is hybrid based out of my clients Bath office.

• Deliver in-person and remote IT training to staff at all levels

• Create and maintain user guides and simple, clear training materials

• Conduct new starter inductions and refresher courses

• Identify training needs and adapt delivery accordingly

• Support IT rollouts, including user testing and feedback

• Maintain training records and offer individual support where needed

• Experience delivering IT training to users with varying skill levels (legal or professional services experience is a plus)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows; legal software knowledge is an advantage

• Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate across teams
