Working at the intersection of technology, process and people, the team focuses on building scalable, reliable solutions that underpin safe delivery and long term value.In this context, we are looking for a Test & QA Manager to support our Enterprise Programme Manager and wider delivery community. This role has no direct reports but plays a critical leadership role, setting strategy and governance to ensure solutions are robust, user ready and fit for purpose. We need you to: Define and lead a risk based Test & QA strategy, embedded early across the change lifecycle Establish consistent frameworks, standards and governance for functional, non functional, process and user acceptance testing Partner with project managers, architects and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, user ready and operationally viable Drive continuous improvement, including test automation and advanced testing techniques, to increase confidence and predictabilityThis is a high impact role for someone who brings a collaborative mindset, sound judgement, and a passion for improving how quality is designed into change. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience leading Test & QA activity across complex, integrated systems and enterprise change Strong knowledge of functional, non functional and end to end process testing, including governance, assurance and risk management Confidence providing authoritative QA guidance, influencing stakeholders and mentoring delivery teams We'll ask you about how you've embedded QA into delivery lifecycles and improved outcomes through early assurance and risk based testing. Location We offer hybrid working and will expect regular attendance at one of our offices in Derby, Manchester or Warrington , depending on business needs.We anticipate a salary of £53,700.00 - £70,500.00 dependent on the skills, values, and knowledge you bring.We also offer excellent benefits including: Bonus - Performance related bonus of up to 12.5% Benefits Allowance - £2200, enabling you to create a bespoke package Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
