IT Technician

We're seeking an IT Technician for a temporary, hybrid contract in the North Antrim / North Coast area. The role is heavily focused on hardware break/fix and user support, so you'll need to be technically capable, approachable and confident dealing with people at all levels.

The Role

• Desktop and laptop break/fix
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Windows and Microsoft 365 support
• Equipment setup and replacement
• Incident logging and escalation
• Face-to-face user support

Essential Criteria

• Previous IT support experience
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix skills
• Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident supporting non-technical users
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment

Desirable Criteria

• Active Directory experience
• IT qualification or certification
• Device deployment or endpoint management experience
