As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced IT Technical Consultant / Product Architect to join our in-house team.

This role will act as the front-end customer-facing technical lead responsible for gathering requirements, defining project scope, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. The Product Architect will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully-on time and aligned with the customer's vision.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills, solution architecture experience, and hands-on involvement in digital product delivery.

• Act as the primary technical interface for clients-conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and defining solution scope.
• Translate business needs into high-level solution architectures and technical specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.
• Lead pre-sales technical discussions, support proposal creation, and help with solution costing.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, no-code/low-code platforms, cloud services, and recommend the right stack for each project.
• Engage with clients in supply chain, healthcare, and B2B sectors to design and deliver robust mobile apps, web platforms, and SaaS products.
• Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, security, and performance in solution architecture.
• Contribute to technical documentation, product roadmaps, and architecture governance.

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role: IT Consultant, Solution Architect, Product Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Strong background in solution design, technical scoping, and requirement gathering.
• Experience in mobile app and web platform development (both custom and no-code/low-code).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern web stacks.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to promote and advocate for specific technologies, tools, or platforms within customer environments.
• Prior experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or developer relations is highly desirable.

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, Bubble, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation, RPA, or digital compliance solutions.
• Prior work in supply chain, logistics, or healthcare domains.
