IT Talent Consultant

Experis is looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to join our client's growing Talent Acquisition team within a dynamic consulting environment. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a wide range of projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (from briefing to offer stage)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand project needs
• Source and engage top IT talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
• Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house, consulting experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Candidates must be located in Portugal as we have an hybrid model
