We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team and ensure our digital workplace runs efficiently, securely, and effectively.


Role Overview

As our IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and continuously improving our IT infrastructure, end-user experience, and digital workplace. You will be responsible for managing systems, resolving incidents, and contributing to IT projects that support productivity, security, and innovation across the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to IT projects, especially around Microsoft 365, Teams, device management, and information security
  • Execute quality controls and advise on new features and technical improvements
  • Handle complex service notifications, incidents, and change requests in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Maintain and improve workstations, mobile devices, endpoint security, and office automation tools
  • Support the development and optimization of our digital workplace, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and security solutions
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term, structural solutions



Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems or workplace administration in a complex IT environment
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, endpoint protection, and mobile device management (Android & iOS)
  • Knowledge of information security, access management, and IT service management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, skilled IT team
