IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Hanover Your tasks - where you will thrive

• In-depth experience in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Installation, configuration, and management of client systems in an M365-based infrastructure
• Confident handling of user, rights, and device management via Azure AD / Active Directory
• Experience in endpoint and multi-device management (e.g., Intune) and workplace setups
• Practical experience in 1st-level support, including analysis and resolution of M365, client, and application problems
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, software deployment, and hardware support
• Experience with ticket systems and structured documentation of IT standards
• Collaboration on international IT projects, rollouts, and the further development of the Microsoft environment

Your profile - what you bring to the table

• Completed IT training or degree - your tech mindset is more important than your title
• Very good German skills and confident English for international communication
• Solid IT know-how with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange & Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and ideally PowerShell
• Nice to have: Experience with Citrix, Cisco, Baramundi or similar tools
• Structured, independent way of working and enthusiasm for modern, agile IT projects
• Service-oriented, communicative and solution-focused even when working at a fast pace
• Team player with drive, a sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
