IT Support Technician

Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an IT Support Technician based in Bedford for a growing construction company.

Summary of theIT Support Technician role

Salary: Circa £35,000 Job Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm The role

As the IT Support Technician your role will involve the following important duties:

• Support and maintain Desktop operating systems and phones.
• General maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Fault finding.
• Support and maintain laptops, desktops and printers.
• Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops and users.
• Making of Cat 5e network cables.
• Creating purchase requisitions.

The experience required

As a successful IT Support Technician, you will have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience previously.
• Good working knowledge of Windows desktop and server OS.
• Knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
• Windows Domains and Active Directory.
• Office 365 experience.
• SCCM.
• Good communication skills.
