IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) - Brussels (On-Site)
Up to €75,000 + Excellent Benefits
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious international law firm as an IT Support Analyst, providing high-quality 2nd line support to lawyers, partners and business services professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This is a highly visible role where you'll be the face of IT within the Brussels office, ensuring an exceptional user experience while working alongside a global technology team.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering first-class deskside and remote support across a broad range of technologies, troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical systems. This position requires excellent communication skills and the confidence to support senior stakeholders, including Partners and Directors.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver 2nd line deskside and remote IT support to end users.

Provide exceptional customer service to Partners, lawyers and business support teams.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and application issues.

Build, configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.

Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and core business applications.

Escalate complex issues where appropriate while maintaining ownership through to resolution.

Assist with meeting room technology, video conferencing and AV support.

Document incidents, requests and resolutions within the ITSM platform.

Participate in IT projects, office moves and technology rollouts.
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a professional services environment (legal, financial or consultancy preferred).

Strong 2nd line desktop support experience.
-
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting senior executives and Partners.

Strong knowledge of:

Windows 10/11

Microsoft 365
-
Active Directory & Entra ID
-
Exchange Online
-
Intune
-
VPN and remote access technologies
-
Mobile device support (iOS & Android)

Hardware troubleshooting
-

Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar.

Excellent communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch would be advantageous).

Hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home whilst on the out-of-hours support rota.

Participation in a 24/7 on-call rota approximately twice per month, with remote working during on-call periods.
