IT Support Engineer Level 2 Hybrid Dublin

PFH Technology Group is seeking an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer in Dublin. This role involves handling various technical challenges, managing incidents, and supporting IT projects, all while offering excellent customer service. Essential qualifications include ITIL V4 and Microsoft Certifications.

The position requires a thorough understanding of operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and must demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities. The contract is permanent with four onsite working days per week and remote work on Fridays.
