Bristol (Remote)

Salary up to £36,000

CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer with solid Windows experience, to join a rapidly growing company within the IT Industry. If you also have Linux experience, this is a big plus. The role is based in Bristol, but is fully remote with a visit to the office every few months.

YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE

• Provide 1st-3rd line infrastructure and application support.
• Diagnose, resolve, and document Windows, Linux, and network issues.
• Administer servers, Azure, Active Directory, Docker, and related services.
• Deploy patches, updates, and perform basic SQL maintenance.
• Monitor and analyse system and application logs.

REQUIREMENTS

The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

• Self-starter able to manage workload and priorities.
• Clear communicator with all business levels.
• Experience or interest in Windows/Linux, Azure, networking, and automation.

LOCATION

The role is remote, with a visit to the Bristol office once every few months.
