IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer - 1-month contract - Hampshire

My customer is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to assist with resolving issues up to 2nd line.

The role involves supporting a PC replacement programme and providing technical support for 1600 users across 50 sites.

IT Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:

• Prior experience in an IT Support / 2nd Line role
• Windows 10/11 - Administration and Support
• Microsoft 365 - Administration and Support
• Perform Windows OS troubleshooting, desktop/laptop imaging, and hardware deployment
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Office 365 and Active Directory
• Configure AV equipment and ensure meeting rooms are tech-ready
• Experience with Microsoft EUC Stack - Intune, SCCM, etc.
• Experience with ticket management systems
• Willingness to travel to various sites in the area
• Must have a vehicle and valid UK driver's license

The IT Support Engineer is required to be onsite in Eastleigh, 5 days a week, for the duration of the 1-month contract.
