Job Description

Role: Support Engineer

Location: West Flanders - On Site

Type: Freelance

Languages: Dutch and English fluency required

Key Responsibilities

Device setup and hardware support: Stage machines for new hires and replacements; handle walk-in support and hardware-related issues, including peripheral setup and diagnostics.
Windows troubleshooting: Resolve common OS issues, driver failures, and user-specific problems across Windows environments.
Onsite infrastructure support: Assist with project-based tasks such as mounting access points, organizing data rooms, and supporting physical network infrastructure.
Strong interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively with end users, provide clear technical guidance, and deliver support with professionalism and empathy.
