An IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) is required for a leading technology provider specialising in managed IT services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions for organisations ranging from SMEs to global enterprises.

This is a hands on support role ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem solving in fast paced IT environments. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and core systems to ensure reliable day to day operations.

Requirements

• Willing to work in Nights (Rotational Shifts)
• Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices

Desirable skills (not essential)

• MCP or CCNA certifications.
• VMware or Hyper V certification.
• Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
