Your new role

• This role involves supporting a laptop refresh project by moving devices between storage and refresh areas, collecting old equipment, and issuing new devices to users according to the migration schedule.
• Move devices between on-site storage and the refresh clinic as instructed.
• Refresh laptops and assist with device setup under engineer guidance.
• Collect old devices from users and hand over new ones according to the migration schedule.
• Update workflow management systems accurately at each step.
• Report and escalate migration issues promptly to the site team.
• Perform daily manual stock checks and report findings.
• Package and label collected devices for disposal or refurbishment.
• Secure all devices and equipment in storage at the end of each day.

What you'll need to succeed

• Active SC Clearance
• Previous experience in IT support
• Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude.
