IT Support / Helpdesk (m/f) 100% A private law firm based in Lausanne has the following objectives: Gather and preserve archives from any source, ensure the growth, promotion, and management of its collections, establish a museum and a public utility study center. Switzerland is looking for an IT Support / Helpdesk (m/f) 100%. Your main tasks: Within the department, you will perform the following tasks: - Support and assistance to users on-site and remotely, in the deployment and management of workstations (Windows and Mac) as well as telephones.- Management and maintenance of the equipment (PCs, Macs, printers, various peripherals).- Office support to users based at our locations in Penthaz, Lausanne, and Zürich.- Maintenance of fixed and mobile telephony.- Resolution of incidents via our ticketing system (GLPI).- Management of accounts (Active Directory, VPN).- First and second level support for IT services in conjunction with the system.Profile sought: You are a person who: - Holds a vocational certificate (minimum).- Is autonomous and proactive.- Has good knowledge of Microsoft tools and Office 365.- Has excellent knowledge of Windows environments (must have) and Mac OS.- Is technologically versatile and motivated to explore new areas.- Is a good communicator and customer service-oriented.- Is proficient in English and German, both spoken and written (a plus).- Has a valid driver's license.Personal qualities: - Positive and constructive.- Passionate about technology.- Punctual, flexible, and proactive.- Strong analytical skills.- Reliable, organized, committed, and structured.Switzerland offers you: - A position in a large cultural institution.- Work within a dynamic and passionate team.- A modern and pleasant working environment.- An interesting and varied activity.Work location: Penthaz (VD), Switzerland.
