IT Site Support Engineer

IT Support/Deskside Support - Czech Republic (Brno)

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an IT Support/Deskside Support Engineer to join their corporate office team. The initial contract is for 12 months with extension opportunities.

This role is to start ASAP and will be fully onsite in Brno, Czech Republic.

Specific skills/experience required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support/Deskside Support/Corporate IT
• Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, software installation, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of networking and connectivity issues
• Experience providing user-facing support in a corporate office environment
• Fluent in Czech and English
