IT Service Owner/Application Operations Manager - Actico Busines

IT Service Owner/Application Operations Manager - Actico Business Rule Engine vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Manage end-to-end environment setup: coordinate with in-house experts and Actico consultants, report to Product Owner and System Architect.
• Configure namespaces, pods, Firewalls, ingress and CI/CD pipelines for TST, UAT, and PRD environments.
• Establish CI/CD pipeline, logging and monitoring; document Service and Security Design, Solution Design and Operating Manual.
• Coordinate integration tests for complete environment setup and collaborate closely with teams to address infrastructure requirements.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience as a DevOps Engineer with CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab, Octopus, Helm charts in Docker, Kubernetes and Linux/RHEL 8 environments.
• System engineering skills on JAVA technology stack; experience with Oracle DB and SQL; integration of REST web services.
• Experience with Actico Platform for Business Rules Management. Certifications or training on Visual Rules/Actico Rules are beneficial.
• Language skills: English fluent
