Are you a passionate IT Service Manager with experience in Catalog & Configuration? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team!

We're looking for an experienced IT Service Catalog Manager to take ownership of our IT service and product catalogs. You'll play a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and user satisfaction through effective catalog and configuration management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Service Catalog Management

• Maintain and continuously improve the IT service catalog, ensuring all services and products offered by our Hub are up to date.
• Document services in detail, including pricing, availability, SLAs, and contact info.
• Manage hardware/software entries in the IT Shop, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align the catalog with business needs.
• Monitor service usage and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure catalog quality and compliance.
• Generate reports on catalog usage, completeness, and performance.
• Support accessory testing, metadata management, and catalog housekeeping.
• Coordinate ticket creation/tracking for catalog cleanup tasks.

Configuration Management

• Oversee the Configuration Management System (CMS), documenting all configuration items (CIs) and relationships.
• Conduct data audits and mass updates to ensure CI integrity.
• Work with other IT teams to maintain accurate configuration data.
• Adjust stock pools post-inventory and produce analytical reports.

What we're looking for:

• Degree or technical training in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of experience in IT Service Management, especially in service catalog and configuration roles.
• Strong CMS/CMDB administration experience.

Skills & Knowledge

• Solid knowledge of ITIL practices (especially configuration management).
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software catalog maintenance.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Independent, structured, and proactive work style.
• Administrator-level knowledge of Servity / IT Shop.

Languages: English C1

German: B2 or above

Location: FULLREMOTE

Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
