This includes overseeing the delivery of IT services to support the Railpen Fund and investment management business, whilst ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Operations Business, this role requires close collaboration with all FIM Business leads to guarantee optimal performance and service delivery and encourage the development of IT service delivery strategies and best practice.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. The person We are looking for someone with proven experience in service delivery management, preferably within the financial sector. You will have experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks and ideally have a good understanding of investment management and fund operations, however this isn't essential. This role will manage and communicate with technical teams to ensure issues are promptly resolved to minimise disruption to business operations, therefore a technical understanding would be a distinct advantage.We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and who has exceptional communication and collaboration skills at all levels including business leads. The ability to be professional, calm and diplomatic at all times is key to allow you to establish meaningful relationships and have the credibility and confidence to respectfully negotiate and influence to achieve necessary outcomes.
